If there is a technical deficiency in our program which directly affects your ability to meet a specific need, we will, at our discretion, refund you the purchase price (excluding shipping/handling) within 30 days of purchase.
Before you return your software
There are millions of different configurations of servers on the market and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away. If you're having difficulty installing any of our products, contact our qualified staffs and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while installing/configuring the software. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, simply send an email to accounts@ixxocart.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Since our product was electronically delivered, a "Letter Of Proof of Destruction" on company letterhead will be required. An authorized personnel will need to sign and fax agreement stating that you have ceased using the software and all software has been removed from any storage device.

Please notice that on receiving moneyback you are obligated to remove the software and all related files from your web-server and every data medium; your further use of the software will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain a license again.
You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to us.
 

Before ordering, please make sure that your server meets all the system requirements listed on our website. We will honor any potential refund only if the fault lies with our product and is not cause of server miss-configuration. Please make sure your Server meets all the requirements listed at our homepage.

We will NOT honor any refund if the problem lies with the fact that Server does not have the required libraries installed. If you are having problems installing the software, just email us at support@ixxocart.com and we will help you with the installation, totally FREE of charge.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

If unsuitability of the product for the customer's purpose is clear from the contents of our web site (for example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software).

When a user informs us about changing his decision after buying the software, saying he has uninstalled it and is not going to use it.
